1. Agreement:

These terms govern the provision of our artificial flower jewelry and trousseau packing services. 

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Orders and Payments:

All orders must be placed in writing (via email, WhatsApp, or any other agreed-upon medium).

A 100% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order. 

Payments can be made through bank transfers or any mutually agreed payment method.

3. Customization and Design:

We strive to fulfill customization requests based on prior agreements. However, any major changes post-finalization may incur additional charges. 

Handmade items may have slight variations in design, color, or materials, which are part of their unique charm.

4. Delivery and Shipping:

Delivery timelines and charges depend on the location of the order. We ensure all products are well packaged, but minor wear during transit is a possibility. 

If unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified promptly.

Trisha Creation is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Cancelation and Refund Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of booking, subject to a full refund of the advance payment. 

Once production begins, the refund policy does not apply.

6. Returns and Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items unless the delivered product has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

7. Liability:

Trisha Creation is not liable for any damages arising due to improper handling of products after delivery.
