Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.You should also have a parcel opening video. 

Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at jaintrisha2415@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Order number

2. Product title

3. Date of purchase

4. Reason for return

5. Attach a photo of the product 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product, please follow the same procedure as returns. We’ll arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you once we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

Gift Items

Gift items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery. However, please note that gift items can only be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.
